How quickly the migration process starts after the payment?

Once all the 3 steps mentioned on the migration package are completed, I'll revert back within 24 hours to kick start the process.

Note: Generally, my turnaround time is less than 12 hours.

How long is the migration process?

The entire migration process completes within 48 to 72 hours.

Can I work on my Blogger blog during migration?

Yes, you can continue working on your Blogger blog—as usual.

In case, if there is any draft or post created after the content transfer, I'll transfer that too in a second pass.

Do I need a web hosting account for my WordPress blog?

Yes, self-hosted WordPress runs on your own web server. And, for that, one needs his/her own web hosting account.

I've provided links to purchase a web hosting account on the migration package webpage.

My Blogger archive is huge! Can you transfer all the posts?

No matter, how big is your posts archive, I'll transfer all the posts—without any fail. I've successfully transferred thousands of posts and comments (on a single blog), without any issues.

I have my own WordPress theme. Can you install it?

If you've already selected a free theme or you already own a premium theme, do share its details (during the migration process) so that I can install it.

In case, you haven't yet decided about the theme, I'll help you in selecting one of the free themes available on the internet which closely matches with your design preferences.

Can I use Disqus or Facebook comments on the blog?

Yes, you can.

Can I use a new domain name on the WordPress blog?

Yes! You can either keep your existing custom domain name (if you're using one) or you can register a new domain name through your web hosting account.

I'll configure the new domain name and will ensure that the traffic accessing your blog through the old address is automatically directed to the new address.

I also want a custom-designed theme. How do I get it?

I can also design a brand new custom theme for your WordPress blog. You can directly contact me about the same.

Once things are finalized, you can go ahead with the migration process. The cost of the custom theme will only be paid after the migration process is complete.

And, the 2 week technical support period will only start after the new design is live on the blog.

What about my email subscribers? Am I going to lose them?

All of your existing email subscribers will be retained. There will be NO loss of your email subscribers.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of the process, there will be no refunds of any kind for the services listed on this website. If you have any problems with your order, please contact me and I will be happy to help.
